Dr Sneha Krishna

Dr Sneha Krishna is an accredited Endocrinologist with a special interest in Obstetric Medicine, a specialized field focusing on the management of medical conditions in women during the preconception, antenatal, and postpartum periods. Her clinical interests include diabetes (including gestational diabetes), thyroid disorders, and hypertensive conditions of pregnancy such as pre-eclampsia. She works closely with obstetricians, GPs, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Dr Krishna completed her medical degree at Bond University, and undertook specialist training across several tertiary hospitals in south-east Queensland and the Northern Territory. She was awarded the Fellowship of Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Endocrinology) in 2024, and subsequently completed further training in Obstetric Medicine at Mater Mothers Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital.

Dr Krishna is committed to evidence-based practice and has presented original research at more than a dozen national and international endocrinology conferences. She has authored multiple first-author publications in peer-reviewed medical journals. In addition to her academic work, she is a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University School of Medicine, where she regularly contributes to medical student education.
