Dr Pilgrim is a highly credentialed obstetrician and gynaecologist offering personalised and comprehensive care to all women. As a mother of two, she is passionate about helping women through their pregnancy journey with a fresh and contemporary perspective on best practice in pregnancy care.

Dr Pilgrim provides a full range of gynaecological and obstetric services with a special interest in normal, high-risk and complex pregnancies, treatment for cervical and vulval abnormalities and management for abnormal uterine bleeding in all ages including adolescents. As an accredited colposcopist with the C-QuiP program, Dr Pilgrim can manage any Pap smear abnormality.

Growing up on the Gold Coast, she completed her medical training at Bond University and speciality training in Queensland, gaining expertise from rural and tertiary hospitals. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare for women.

She maintains her passion for teaching as an educator in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for university students. She regularly teaches medical students and junior doctors and has been invited to give lectures to GP’s, midwives and paramedics.
